Description:

In Volvo Software Test Center we operate a large number of test rigs and in order to manage this we both need a high level of automation, but we also need a high level of capability when it comes to rig fault tracing, testing and planning of usage. In this role you will work as a team member in the operational team responsible for the operation of VILs, Vehicle in the loop. We are looking for additional team members with the following competence.

Hands-on experience:

1. Basetech Testing (SWDL, Diagnostic, Gateway etc.)

2. Log Analysis in CANoe, Wireshark, DLT etc.

3. Basic electrical fault tracing in test environments

4. Mechanical and electrical knowledge and experience

5.Swedish driver license

6. Complete vehicle testing

Tools knowledge:

1. Vector tools (CANoe/CANAlyzer)

2. Deep understanding of CAN/LIN/Ethernet protocol Also positive if the candidate has some knowledge about continuous integration, baseline and binary management and general test automation. Since the team is working in a rapidly changing environment it is very important that candidates has a positive and progressive mindset.
