Job Purpose:

We are looking for a CRM Technical Specialist with deep expertise in CRM data architecture, BI engineering, and cloud-based data integration.

In this role, you will own the technical design, integration, governance, and optimization of our CRM-driven reporting landscape. You will act as the bridge between Sales, IT, and Data Engineering, ensuring that CRM and ERP data flows seamlessly into our modern BI architecture.

This is not a pure dashboarding role — it is a technically hands-on position with architectural influence across our CRM and Azure data ecosystem. You will also play a key role in integrating data from CRM and ERP systems—including Lime, Salesforce, and HubSpot—into our reporting environment, enabling seamless access to customer and sales data across the organization.

Key Responsibilities and Scope

CRM Data Architecture & Integration

Lead the technical integration of CRM platforms including:

• Salesforce

• HubSpot

• Lime CRM

• Integrate ERP data from SAP S/4HANA to enable full sales lifecycle reporting (lead → opportunity → order → revenue).

• Design and maintain scalable CRM-to-data-lake ingestion patterns (batch and incremental loads).

• Define canonical data models to harmonize CRM and ERP schemas into unified reporting structures.

• Ensure API-based integrations are robust, monitored, and optimized for performance and reliability.

• Manage authentication (AAD), RBAC models, and secure access control across environments.

• Monitor and troubleshoot pipeline performance, data latency, and refresh failures.

• Implement CI/CD principles in BI and data pipeline deployments.

• Own semantic models and reporting architecture in Microsoft Power BI.

• Establish and maintain data dictionaries, metadata standards, and documentation practices.

• Define CRM data quality controls and validation frameworks.

• Drive improvements in data reliability, scalability, and performance.

• Ensure compliance with internal security and data privacy policies.

Knowledge:

• Deep understanding of CRM data structures (accounts, contacts, opportunities, activities, pipeline stages).

• API integration knowledge (REST, authentication flows, incremental sync logic).

• Experience with scripting/automation (PowerShell, Python, or similar).

• Strong understanding of data governance, RBAC, AAD, and secure BI deployment.

• Performance tuning across BI datasets and data pipelines.

• Experience:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.

  • 5+ years of experience in CRM technical roles, BI engineering, or data engineering.

  • Proven experience architecting CRM integrations and enterprise reporting environments.

  Hands-on experience with:

  • Power BI (Service, DAX, semantic modeling, RLS, deployment pipelines)

  • Azure Data Lake (ADLS Gen2)

  • ETL/ELT pipeline design (Azure Data Factory, Databricks or equivalent)

  • SQL-based data transformation

  • Demonstrated experience integrating multi-source CRM and ERP data into a governed analytics platform.

  • Experience working in complex global environments with multiple stakeholders.

  • Exposure to automation and scripting using PowerShell, Python, or equivalent scripting languages is a plus.
