About the assignment

We are looking for an experienced and forward-thinking M365 + Azure integration Engineer/Developer to join our HR & Corporate support Product team. This team is responsible for delivering a variety of capabilities related to HR and other corporate functions within Aurobay. As part of this dynamic team, you will operate in a DevOps setup where the team owns the full lifecycle of their product and included applications - new development, continuous improvement, operational tasks, and user support.

There are a number of solutions within this product teams’ scope that are built on the M365 platform and now we need to strengthen the team with development competence within M365 and azure. The role demands strong collaboration, problem-solving, and technical expertise rooted in modern software development practices, including event-driven architectures, serverless technologies, and automation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, configure, and optimize M365 solutions, focusing on SharePoint and Power Automate, to deliver secure, scalable, and reliable user capabilities.

• Implement and operate Azure infrastructure

• Design and implement event-based integrations that connect systems like ServiceNow, SuccessFactors, and enterprise identity platforms such as AD and Entra ID.

• Automate workflows using tools like PowerShell, Graph API, Azure Functions, and Logic Apps, driving efficiency and scalability. Implement and manage modern development practices like Infrastructure as Code and GitOps, ensuring repeatable and streamlined deployments.

• GitHub Actions for version-controlled workflows, repository management, and deployment.

• Leverage DevOps principles to ensure the continuous delivery and improvement of the solutions in scope.



Skill requirements:

The ideal candidate should possess hands-on experience or demonstrate curiosity and capability in the following areas:

• M365 technologies, focusing on Power Automate and SharePoint.

• Azure Functions & Logic Apps for building robust serverless workflows and event-driven solutions.

• Event-based integrations connecting enterprise systems.

• Proficiency in scripting languages like PowerShell, Python or equivalent tools.

• Familiarity with Graph API and PnP (Patterns and Practices) for advanced integrations.

• Expertise in modern software development practices including Infrastructure as Code, GitOps, Github Actions and DevOps principles.

• Deep understanding of event-driven architectures (PubSub, streaming) for scalable and flexible system integrations.
