Assignment description

In this role, you will act as a Application Engineer, ensuring smooth operation, maintenance, and optimization of IT systems and applications within a dynamic automotive testing environment. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to address advanced technical challenges and bring forward innovative solutions

Skill requirements

Knowledge & Experience:

• Providing expert technical support and managing operating systems, including Windows 10, 11, and Windows/Linux Server.

• Monitoring performance using tools like Zabbix and log analytics tools, proactively identifying and resolving issues to ensure system reliability.

• Managing Group Policies, Azure infrastructure, and Microsoft 365 to support seamless operations across the organization.

• Troubleshooting and maintaining applications, as well as understanding networking fundamentals and backup solutions.

• Educating and supporting end-users to optimize the use of testbeds, vehicle testing systems, and other technical applications.

• Assisting in hardware setups and system integration in automotive testing environments.

• Hands-on experience (minimum 5 years) troubleshooting hardware and software systems in production environments.

• At least 3 years of experience in the automotive industry, ideally in testing environments or similar setups.

• Familiarity with applications like WSP (Comtest), AVL (Indicom, Concerto, Creta, etc.), ETAS INCA will be highly valued.
